Sounds like the script for a world domination Si-Fi movie? Or another laughable conspiracy theory doing the rounds on the Internet. Except this time it turns out to be a new electronic tracking device that is to be installed by the Metropolitan Police in London to replace the old airwave radio system. So who’s laughing now?? Not the 31 thousand police officers who have no choice but to have the Rfid chip rammed up their jacksie. Better being penetrated by a Radio Frequency Identification chip than a brick of a radio one would have thought? The new system is called the Automated Personal Location System or (ALPS) or ‘New World Order Bollocks’ for short. It is intended to monitor the whereabouts of police officers while they are on duty? As one officer put it ‘to see if their beat bobbies are dozing off during their shift’! Of course the official line for the implementation of the system is to persuade the public that somehow it will protect their officers by knowing where they are at any given time. Its not quite sure how this protection will show itself back at the control room except red dots running round the city of London after….What? It doesn’t really produce anything unless the villains line up at their local G.P to have their own Rfid chip fitted! Although several months ago a recently paroled convict let his dog pad around its Walthamstow first floor flat wearing the electronic ankle tag round its neck while the faithful owner went out down the boozer after his curfew?? Another officer from the MET was quotes as described the chip as ‘turning officers into robo-cops’?? It lends to some considerable bending of the imagination to liken themselves as hi-tec law enforcement officers? “Branded Cattle” would come a lot closer to the descriptive truth!! As it stands the local plod are not going to get any say about being implanted with a computer chip. It is going to be a mandatory necessity unless of course they leave the force. There is no mention in the grand scheme of things if the chipped officers are going to be monitored off duty as well as on? Which means the early hours excursion down to the red light areas or a romp on Clapham Common will no longer be a secret for the more sexually adventurous offbeat bobby! Pete Smyth, chairman of the Met Police Federation, said: "This could be very good for officers' safety but it could also involve an element of Big Brother. "We need to look at it very carefully." Well Pete! ‘You do!!’…. For what is round the corner now that it has been accepted from the boys in blue to get wired in, is a national microchipped society. It’s a foregone conclusion? If its good enough for the safety and protection of the police, then its going to be good enough for the general public? Many alternative fringe authors have been warning the masses about this scenario for years. Often ridiculed and disbelieved for their why’s, how’s and when’s, but here it is!!! MOD Changes Iraq War History to Teach in Schools!
You occasionally hear about history being changed to promote some agenda or to give a biased opinion over events by the victors, but it has always been disregarded as the fanciful ramblings of conspiracy theorists and alternative fringe news groups. Today we see history being rewritten in real time? Today we get to know that The Ministry of Defence are lying their heads off so that the next generation of kids will be taught a pack of historical lies!!
Today we find out that the fringe group selling the outrageous is non other than the National Union of Teachers who say the MoD is omitting certain information regarding the Iraq War that is destined for the schools to be taught as factual history!
The row comes in the form of a student worksheet written by the MoD about the cause for war with Iraq. The ongoing operations, What has been spent and the number of casualties reported. All of which differ in answers from what is known in the press as of that what the Mod is trying to pass off as fact!!
To portray a fair and balanced view, Steve Sinnott, the general secretary of the NUT said that the MoD document goes into great detail about rebuilding of schools and hospitals in Iraq but fails to mention the civilian casualties of the war?
They fail to point out the initial reason for going to war pertaining to Weapons of Mass Destruction were never actually found? The reason for Regime Change was not backed by the United Nations? Or that Regime Change was the second option given for going to war no sooner the WMD’s argument held no water!
It goes on to give false facts and figures about current troop involvement, How much the war has cost Britain and a low conservative body count of British troops killed during the conflict.
As quoted from the Independent: “They believe the instructions, designed for use during classroom discussions in general studies or personal, social and health education (PSE) lessons, are arguably an attempt to rewrite the history of the Iraq invasion just as the world prepares to mark its fifth anniversary.”
The N.U.T said of the document “It is a question of whether you present fair and balanced views or put forward prejudice and propaganda to youngsters."

Best way to boycott the games is not to boycott it at all!!!!!!!
It has come to something ridiculous when a spokesman for the Olympic committee in China is stated as saying protestors tried to sabotage the torch relay and stir things up with the police??
Their spokesperson said "We strongly condemn this vile behaviour."?
Only the other week I read that China's authorities had tried to sabotage their own human rights protestors and stir things up by murdering the protestors?
The human rights issue has dominated the headlines for quite a while now but more so over the last few days with the argument over UK participating in the Beijing Olympics. Many athlete’s and celebrities have ‘mildly’ done their own condemning of the human rights atrocities in Tibet but have plumbed to go to the glittering event instead.
It becomes very debatable which is the more vile behaviour? Stamping on the torch to put it out to protest against the games, or to be seen showing slight frustration but decide to go to the party anyway?
There is no middle ground with what is happening here at all. People should, either boycott the games altogether and stay at home, or they go and be dammed with the human rights issue.
What message does the latter send to the Chinese? “We can bludgeon our protestors to death, and still the rest of the world want to come and play games in our back yard”??
On one of the recent current affairs programs on Radio 4 debating the subject of protesting the games, had some of the guests actually saying that going and participating at the Beijing Olympic games would be the best way of combating the human rights issue. How they came to this mind boggling conclusion is anyone’s guess?
We then bare whiteness to our PM Gordon brown standing outside number 10 in a photo shoot with the Olympic torch entourage giving his own mixed messages?
Is he condoning the Chinese authorities behaviour against their citizens by embracing the games in Beijing? Or is he boycotting the event but saying under his breath that the games are more important that the human rights issues?
Brown seems to have differing ideas about human rights? One idea for China and one for Zimbabwe? Only a few months ago he boycotted the EU Africa Summit when President Mugabe decided to roll into town for the same shindig!
So what Brown’s problem with doing the same with Beijing?? Put simply, "Money!!!" China has a lot of cash it wants to spend and Britain wants the cash tills filled with moulah before it dries up!
Its worth noting that the spokesperson for the Olympic committee in China mentioned that the protests would not amount to much. Probably spoken way too soon as the Paris leg of the run saw French protestors actually putting the flame out!
